Meet Dr. Wan, the founder of Prosper Plastic Surgery. After graduating from medical school at the Ohio State University, she completed her residency training at UT Southwestern, one of the top Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery programs in the country. Dr. Wan then took her expertise even further with a coveted Aesthetic Surgery Fellowship at the Dallas Plastic Surgery Institute. She specializes in breast and body surgery and has published extensively on topics ranging from breast implants to body contouring and facial aesthetics. Dr. Wan places special emphasis on natural results and patient-centered, safety-first care. Nurse Injector​
Vanessa is a Registered Nurse and Aesthetic Injector with a passion for helping patients feel more confident and youthful. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Harding University in 2011, and built her foundation in nursing while working in the emergency department for nearly 15 years. During this time, Vanessa gained advanced clinical expertise and an uncompromising standard for patient safety. Patient Care Coordinator
Cynthia has dedicated more than 25 years to the Aesthetic Plastic Surgery Industry, pouring her passion and expertise into helping others look and feel their very best. She started her career in the medical field as a Certified Surgical Technologist assisting Surgeons in the operating room and then on to management of the practices she worked for. Throughout her extensive career, she has gained a wealth of experience and knowledge, making her a true asset in this vibrant field. She is a dedicated and compassionate individual, always placing the patient’s best interest above all. With her caring and genuine demeanor, she will walk you through the consultation process as if she were consulting her own friend. Cynthia’s passion is to help patients look and feel their very best, and she will go to great lengths to help them achieve this.

Haili is often the first face you’ll see welcoming you to Prosper Plastic Surgery. Haili is originally from Kansas and is now a proud Texas resident. She enjoys discovering new things and aspires to travel the world to see everything. Fun facts: Haili is currently a nursing student. As a hardworking and dedicated young woman, her long-term goal is to practice in the Aesthetic field.
